Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always ready to point out the nearby facilities and how to get there. Karen ( the Manageress) and other staff made us feel that we were the only people who were important to them. We only had a B&B pension but breakfast was ordered the previous night and no matter complicated the cooked breakfast was the breakfast was prepared fresh just after our arrival at the table. we were there for three nights and enjoyed the company and friendship of all we met in the hotel.

Not the Greatest
Not the best stay in the world, the internet was nil n void... I even tried to help the girl on the bar to fix it, and when I mentioned this in the morning I was told "well there should have been internet" I stay in hotels a minimum of 3 times a week and this to be fair has to be the worst for service and well...… In the morning I was asked if I was ready for breakfast..... Yup I replied, expecting her to come back and ask me what I would like cooked, like any normal person would have thought and expect... BUT NOT this hotel, you get a plate put in front of you with stuff you don't like, and sliced sausage that you need a chisel to cut. and the towels well the marks on these would seem as if they hadn't been changed but I think they had, however why put stained/mark towels out in the first place don't create a complaint. would rather travel the extra distance to find somewhere else. Sorry hotel needs a turn around of improvements
