"We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten. "This building was still in construction with sandbags at the entrance. In the would be office someone was smoking with smell filling the building stairs. Totally unprofessional greeting committee. The person could not find my reservation. Humongous stairs and I was given the 4th floor. I suspect I was the first and only guest. I don't know why this is even listed on hotels.com. I left the hotel immediately and asked for a refund for my nonrefundable reservation. I think this is an exceptional...

"Lovely rural location and would be great for children. Sat nav link from the booking took us to the wrong location up steep narrow roads On arrival the gate was shut and we had to phone. But once inside we loved it"

"We wanted a one night stay in Isparta, a city we very much like and have been to before. We rejected more expensive options for the relatively new Rosa Therapy. We are very glad we did! The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The room was immaculate but could have done with some drinking glasses and a kettle and cups. We decided to try the buffet breakfast which turned out to be amazing value for Morley and run by an absolutely delightful lady. The area is quiet and residential but within an easy walk of the shops and restaurants. A very good stay at a reasonable price. Well done to all the staff. "
