Overall compared to my other accommodation experiences - this one was great. Breakfast was high quality and large in variety. Staff is professional and someone was available to help even at 3am. I would say the minor issues could have been due to how old the building was- like the hand held shower not working, the bede in the washroom not releasing, the cupboard with motor getting stuck, the shower corner had some questionable dark matter which I think may be due to humidity or moisture. Beds were comfortable, shower and room were warm at all times. Extremely professional, customer focused employees that were happy to help when we needed it! Highly recommend if you don’t mind being slightly outside of the central Duomo area! It’s about a 20min uber ride … but there’s also a metro up the street if you’re down to explore that- it was great fun!

Stayed in this property a few times. Staff is good and helpful. However the property needs some basic updates. The heaters in the bathrooms are not working, room temperature control needs attention and there is no coffee of kettle in the rooms.

"Lovely property, handy to the Metro, convenient for shopping and restaurants. My only complaints were - there was no safe in our room and the shower in the bath was very difficult for me to get into as I’m not that tall. Lovely friendly helpful staff at reception. Thank you"
