"I had an amazing stay at Windsor Suites Skyline Club! The views from both my hotel room and the observation lounge were absolutely stunning. The staff was attentive and quick to honor any requests, and the entire property was impressively clean. My only tiny disappointment was that on the first day, they had a specific type of muffin in the observation lounge that I loved, but it wasn’t offered the other two days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return!"

"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so...

"This hotel was a nice getaway for me and my husband for the weekend. The tequila bar was amazing. The staff at the bar and front desk were so nice!! Didn’t get to check out the rooftop but if we visit Philly again I def plan to stay here! Our room was clean and cozy!! "

"The building is old and needs renovation. I appreciated the room upgrade, but the view was obstructed by the dirty windows. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - everything was fresh and the variety of food was great. The room was nice, but the size of the beds was not queen. They were full sized and it’s not what we were expecting. I really liked the shower - the pressure was great. The pool needs renovation. Having the hot tub will definitely be nice. Overall it was a good experience,...

"Property location is good"

"It's a pretty lovely property. It is close to many restaurants, and the restaurants/bars are very good on the property. The rooms can be upgraded a bit, and while the staff is charming, they aren't very attentive. I don't blame them, though. It seemed like they were understaffed the last two visits I made there. "
