Stunning hotel. Glamorous af. Gorgeous rooftop and bar and restaurant — extremely comfy and beautiful spacious rooms — I genuinely felt guilty every time I left the hotel because it was so lovely and comfortable. One thing I’ll say is rooms are NOT completely soundproof: there was an outdoor concert outside the hotel when I arrived and it was so loud in my room that I felt like I was basically outside in the audience. Overall: hip hotel with a cool crowd and despite its sick interior design, its selling point is the immense comfort of the rooms.

Amazing property, the rooms are incredible, such great thoughts put into the design. We would highly recommend this place. The staff are extremely friendly and we even got a free upgrade from queen bed to king size :)

I didn't explore the immediate area too much, but the botanical gardens looked very lovely from above. You're less than a half mile from a train station and a metro, but another mile from the old town stuff and bit aways from other sights.

Great new hotel. Little away from the centre but walkable to the square in under 15 mins. Great design features and loved the rooftop bar and views. Large rooms, great food & drink. Exceptional staff! Thank you.

The vibe of this place is incredible. Every individual on staff was friendly and engaging, and mostly multilingual. I arrived early & they locked my bags away. It is the kind of lobby you could just hang out in. Nice coffee bar w/fresh pastries in the lobby. There's also a full bar. The music was upbeat and cool (soul, reggae, lofi rock & jazz). I would later learn that that is exactly what people do. The furniture was inviting and the lighting was great too. Every time I walked in the front door, I relaxed. Cantina Valentina had generous portions and delicious flavors. The restaurant staff was as welcoming and helpful as the front desk and the lobby bar. The room was perfect for a solo traveler/couple with a fluffy queen-sized bed and an enormous shower with excellent temp and pressure. Everything (electricity, gadgets, lighting, water, etc.) worked great. The style was laid back with even a tribute to the old building in the room by exposing some concrete beams. Wifi was strong throughout the building. I don't have any complaints. I will look for a Hoxton in every city I visit, hoping they all share the vibrancy and down-to-earth energy of the one in Brussels. The location is good. There's a part on the backside of the train station that is a little sketchy (sex shops, grimy) but its a short block. The hotel is adjacent to two wonderful parks. It is a relatively flat, 20-min walk to Grand Place

Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Lovely building and great staff. Unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to get to the rooftop bar, there was an event on for a couple days. Only criticism I have is that the pillows were not suitable for me (too soft) so I had to buy one

The property is in a very questionable neighborhood, lots of drugs going on in the park. The steps in front are not convenient when you are lugging luggage into the hotel and the service was terrible. Room Service was just gross. Overly spicy and most of the time cold as it arrives with no lids or covers. Save your money and stay across the way at the Doubletree. The rooms are very dated as well with no real Amenities. They state they have a convenience store on the property, which is not the case at all

Found we could walk to the downtown center quite easily. Felt safe most of the time. Nice park across the street. The check in clerk upgraded us to a bigger room which was nice of her as we didnt ask for it.

We loved our stay at the Hoxton. Booked a roomy corner- amazing views and very fun, cool design. Breakfast was delicious and bars were nice in evening (go to rooftop bar for fab views) Easy to walk to Grand Place etc. A great stay!

The hotel, room and restaurants are very nice, in particular the reception staff (all of them!) were very friendly and accommodating, a true pleasure dealing with them! I would happily stay there again!
