Room size and presentation were ok. However it was so noisy at night and the room was cold due to very old windows. Very uncomfortable bed and really bad water pressure in the shower! I could say this is not worth a dime. Not recommended!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is accessible to all the restaurants and attractions. The staff were so helpful. Specially, front desk staff Star (sorry if i did not get her name right) was very nice. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit to Brussels.

I love how the area is so accesible to all the restaurants and tourist spots. Our lobby desk receptionist Estrell recommended some restaurants, brewery and chocolate/waffle stores. We enjoyed our stay and the room was super clean and the bathroom was spacious. I would definitely highly recomment this hotel to my family and friends if they plan to visit Brussels.
