"The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, the carpet had many stains that need to be cleaned. It only has one elevator that could use some maintenance. If the carpeting was clean I'd give it 5 stars. Breakfast was very good and consistent every day we stayed."

"We stay here a few times a year to visit our son. Got to the hotel 30 minutes before check in and they did not have a room ready for us. (They usually do). Got to our room and the toilet seat was very low and uncomfortable to sit on. The TV was broken. The next day they moved us to the room next door, which was a handicapped room which I qualify for but always feel someone else needs it more. That room was fine. The sofa however was very old and uncomfortable, so if you wanted to watch TV you...

"The front desk staff were amazing, especially one young man that worked on the night shift. We were unfamiliar with the area and he was more than happy to assist and had a wealth of knowledge to share regarding various events in the area, including the Kennedy Space Center. Also the housekeeping staff could not have been more helpful and they kept our room sparkling clean and they were so attentive to our needs. It was time to go home and we said thank you and farewell and headed to the airport....
