AVOID!!!!
Owner was meant to meet me, my daughter & 6 year old granddaughter at the property at 6.30pm but he didn’t turn up. Waited outside in the dark in a deserted car park. Phoned him & he said I was to call caretaker but I wasn’t given the number. Owner very argumentative on phone especially when I told him that we felt extremely unsafe waiting in an unlit area and were told to wait outside near the property. Caretaker arrived after 20 minutes and was very helpful and apologetic. Took us to our room which was changed from the original room as the former had no WiFi although all rooms stated WiFi.
Double bed was 2 singles pushed together and sofa bed was king size so the double sheets we had to bring were too small- should have been advised of this. No switch to turn off lounge lights so awake most of the night due to the brightness. Pubic hair on the provided bottom sheet. Dirty and very lumpy pillows. Extremely difficult to open exit door- huge risk in the event of a fire! Once outside couldn’t lock door so belongings at risk of theft. Only 1 TV channel in Spanish.
Reported to Hotels.com who tried to contact owner but calls not answered. Hotels.com advisor kept insisting on phoning me to lodge my concern despite having text all issues to her. Advisor woke up my granddaughter with her frequent phone calls even after I asked her to stop phoning and that I would call Hotels.com customer service on my return to England the following day.

Arriver vers 12h00 au lieu de 15h00, un très bon accueil d une dame car la concierge n était pas là, le fils de la concierge très gentil nous a super bien accueilli nous a présenté notre logement, un logement pas grand mais super bien agencé, très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire, le four a micro-ondes fait aussi four à savoir, il y a tout le nécessaire ainsi que le sèche cheveux, ce que nous regrettons dans cet appartement, c est la nuisances, malheureusement on entend ses voisins parler comme si ils vivaient avec vous, les chiens sont acceptés, du coup les couvertures étaient rempli de poils de chien, il a fallu acheter un rouleau à scotch pour retirer les poils, mon fils en avait partout la 1ère nuit, les rideaux donnant vers la table à manger était infesté de poils, on en a retrouvé dans nos assiettes, pas hygiénique du tout, c'est bien dommage pour un si bel appareil cela a gâché un peu le séjour dans ce lotissement, il ne faut pas être allergique aux poils de chiens ou faire de l asthme de plus l'odeur des chiens est très présent dès que l on ouvre la porte d entrée malgré que nous aerions régulièrement. Sinon pour le reste rien à dire.
