A lovely, cosy hotel with plenty of character. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It was also only around 5 minutes walk from the old town. Our room was a family duplex, which was brilliant and had a separate lounge area, with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The only letdown really was the price of the breakfast. €19 each was a bit much when you're a family of 4. We would have happily had breakfast there if it had been cheaper.

The staff behind reception were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historical building and I really enjoyed staying in it. My room was full of beams and the bed was comfortable. It's central so walking around Bruges was so easy It was also walking distance from Bruges Station

We had an excellent stay. The location is perfect and a fantastic base. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and our room (whilst small) was clean, air conditioned and well appointed. Breakfast was a good standard and we enjoyed finishing our days in the hotel bar. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is fantastic! It is beautiful inside and the location is fantastic. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the rooms had everything to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in such a historic building - it's in a great location, walkable to the majoriry of attractions, and the "basic double room" was a good size. Only negatives are that the soundproofing wasn't great around our room and some areas were a little dustier than we would've liked. A pleasant stay overall.

Lovely hotel off a side street, easy walk to town
We stayed at this hotel 1 night for our Brugge visit, myself and my 2 adult sons. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, still walking distance to town. Very nice bar/tea area on the first floor, we stayed in the family loft room on the 4th floor. The room was cold when we arrived, I guess no one was staying there prior, but we turned the radiators on and it warmed up by night. We asked for extra blankets but the hotel said that was not possible but did bring us an extra portable heater, we appreciated that.
