Brugge of wonder.
Service was excellent , breakfast lovely , staff made us feel special because it was our 30 year anniversary, we got a very nice cake each. Weather was kind did not rain until we left for home, came from uk Essex and stayed at the Albert hotel in Brugge. We both liked Brugge very much.

Sweet, intimate hotel with wonderful hospitality. The location is convenient, walkable from the train station but on the outskirts of the old town and quiet at night. Excellent breakfast included, served at your table. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended highly.

What a quaint, cozy, family-run hotel in an excellent location right next to the bus station. The breakfast was outstanding. There is no elevator but the owner graciously carried our bags upstairs.

We had a great 3 night stay at Hotel Albert I staying with my husband and two children. Hotel was well placed a few minutes walk from the station and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bruges. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with lots of choice. Brilliant hosts with recommendations about local activities such as cycling would definitely stay again

Famy stay to visit the market
We stayed to visit the Christmas market. We had a family room which was 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It was perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent, it had a lovely atmosphere and the lady serving breakfast couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely trip.

Great Hotel...Impeccable service!
We have just returned from a three night stay in this hotel. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 teenage + children with a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. The room was light and airy, quiet at night, very clean, bedding and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and served at your table which was lovely. The owners and staff were all very professiinal and polite providing impeccable service. I would definitely reccomend and look forward to staying in the future.

The staff was kind. During breakfast, they asked you what you want and bring it to your table. The only inconvenience is that they don't have an elevator, so if you're unlucky and get your room on the 3rd floor, there's that.

Wow!
Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly man who gave us a discount card to use at attractions around Bruges. The room was 32 and on the 3rd floor. Very clean, good space and new bathroom. Nice touch that the toilet was separate. Comfy bed! The ladies at breakfast were so accommodating and friendly, we felt like we were being looked after so well. I have coeliac disease and they made sure I had 2 yummy gf rolls and pastries each morning. We had ham, cheeses, fruits, yogurts and were offered scrambled or boiled eggs too and unlimited cups of cappuccinos. Absolutely loved our stay here and would love to return one day to see beautiful Bruges again. Thank you!

Thank you!
I stayed in 3 different hotels in 3 different countries in a row. That’s why I have a chance to compare my stays based on cleaning, staff, comfort and location. I can say this hotel was the best among them! The gentleman in the reception, the lady serving breakfast in the morning.. They were both so kind, helpful and nice. I appreciate their warm welcoming. Everywhere was clean. Hotel is just between the train station and the old city center; it takes around 10 minutes by walk to both. Breakfast was perfect! I would recommend to take some time for your breakfast at the hotel:) Bathtub floor was a bit slippery, careful about that. And there was not a space at the room for your luggage, better to place your things to the wardrobe. But since I was staying only for 1 night, I did not.. I wish the bed was twin, instead of two different single beds.
