"The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo. "

"Hard to find but the staff kindly came to meet us and directed to the apartmemt and car park. We didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant and very helpful. Top notch for staff helpfulness. "I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu in Bratislava’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything. All the key attractions, charming cafes, and great restaurants are just a short walk away. Being so close to the Danube River also made for a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite and professional, from the receptionists to the entire team. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. If you’re visiting Bratislava and want to be in the best location with excellent service, I highly recommend staying here!"

"The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway."
