"Very handy and good value spot for a stopover on the way to or from Calais. Loads of great restaurants next door and many offer 10% discount if you show your room key card. A good free breakfast is included 6-10AM and nice enough (if a little dated) rooms for one night many with a bath. I had a big suite which was very spacious. Nice and warm in the room and very comfy beds and bedding. They look to be installing several fast EV charging points in the car park too which is great."

"You cant check in early because theyre closed from 11am to 5 pm. They email you a code to get in however the machine was broken. So we had to wait to get in until someone arrived which thankfully was early. The room was very bare and basic, like a college dorm room. Hard beds. 1 pillow and 1 towel only. Nothing extra. "Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least.
