Property was small but nice.
Service was terrible. Kept waiting to check in. When i asked how much longer would i have to wait they said i coukd pay £25 to get the room earlier, this was after 15:00 and check in was from 15:00. We were allocated a Hideaway Studio with no windows but i had booked a studio and they wouldnt listen to me just said i had booked a Hideaway even though it is on my receipt and itinery. I have sent an email of complaint and have yet to receive a reply

The hotel ok.. very dated.. everything felt old, carpets gross, bar was gross.. tables all covered in stuff.
Our rooms weren’t ready for check in at 3pm.. and we needed to use the rooms.. they said if we went to the bar they’d come and get us when they were ready but they didn’t.
Staff seemed nice but didn’t actually do well.
They offered a complimentary bottle of Prosecco that never arrived, the bar staff had no idea what they were doing.
Shower was awful.
The location was good & the bed was comfy but otherwise.. just a bit mehhhhhh

Great location right on the strand and spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, lots of snacks in the room. Quiet for such a central location. Smiling and helpful staff.
But our room had no floor heating in the bathroom and it was pretty cold. Also we had a dark room, with a windows with a view on a wall.

It was a beautiful property and all decked out for Christmas. Room was a bit small and bathroom was ridiculously small. The heat was not working in our room and they brought us a space heater which barely worked haha. Oh well, it was a fun stay despite those problems. Absolutely loved the restaurant “The Soak”. They had great food and great servers!

"We stay here often to visit my wife's mother in Westbourne. Every one is very friendly. The bar is very reasonably priced. Beds comfy and their prices are very reasonable.
