The host was very accommodating and helpful and the building itself is a real pain with how the elevators and the keys were Etc but the host makes up for it

Our stay at Hotel X Toronto was wonderful! The hotel’s modern design, luxurious rooms, and stunning views of the city and waterfront made for an unforgettable experience. The amenities were top-notch, from the beautiful rooftop pool to the well-equipped fitness center, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The only minor issue we encountered was that it sometimes took a while for housekeeping or calls to be answered, but overall, the level of service was excellent. We loved our stay and would definitely return for another visit!
