"The room was clean but it had a different smell when I walked in. Parking was free, wifi was great and the location was good too. The only negative was the air quality in the room really irritated my throat after spending the night there, I spent 2 nights there and it was the same thing both mornings. The next place I stayed was not an issue. I would stay there again except for the air quality. "

"Check in was all done by text that they initiated the day of arrival. I had a code to get in which was so easy. Parking was right in front of the building. The room was as pictured and clean. My only comment would be the remodel quality is not what I would expect for the price I paid - I was clearly done too quick with a lack of attention to detail with a missing deadbolt latch and things like drywall anchors with nothing in them. "We like Casey Key because it has a restaurant which serves all meals, which are quite good. The location is excellent for our needs. You can sit by the pool or better yet on their private beach which you can drive to(if parking is available) or ride a shuttle bus. The price was very reasonable. The staff including wait staff are pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Casey Key."

"This is as good as any Motel 6 is going to be. Clean room, clean bathroom, everything worked, clean bed, wonderful helpful staff (special shout out to Kenny at the front office), it was a really nice stay at a budget price and when next visiting Venice Beach would love to use this place again"
