Staff are very friendly and helpful. Building / room itself is a little rough around the edges, but for the price, it's to be expected. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay again. Short walk to the Subway, conveniences and several nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the balconies are locked up but even if they weren't, there aren't chairs to sit on out there. Place was okay. Great staff though.
