"This was quite frankly the worst hotel stay we have had. Not because the room was poor, but because we never saw the owner. We were given a code and let ouselves in. We heard the odd sound which indicated we were not alone - quite spooky really. The owner responded to our call but merely to give instructions - nothing more. "Warm welcome from proprietors and their sweet dog. Room was spacious and well-maintained. Access to a full kitchen to make your own meals. Good breakfast that included home-made OJ, yogurt and pound cake with a selection of breads and jams. Great suggestion for local hiking routes and attractions. Would definitely recommend."

"A beautiful family run small château set in park like gardens. We had a large bedroom overlooking the gardens. Throughout the château was beautifully furnished and the service was attentive and friendly. Close to Rennes and also an ideal location for day excursions to Le Mont Saint Michel or Angers and many other noteworthy places. "
