"Good location. Was offered a free drink instead of housekeeping but then despite giving my voucher to the bar and saying I wanted to claim the drink, I was charged £7.50. The room was ok but the bathroom smelt like a urinal and was really unpleasant. Not the standard I’d expect for this chain."

Lovely staff, quiet and clean hotel.
"The hotel was spotlessly clean both in the room and communal areas. It was in a beautiful quiet location. The staff were helpful and accomodating, despite dealing with some technical issues. They made sure the technical issues didn't affect our stay at all. The food was really nice in the main restaurant ..."
