"We really enjoyed this place. Room is quite small but in a cozy sort of way. We took the downstairs room with the terrace which meant that for most of the time we were sitting outside. Bed is very comfortable. What really makes the place is the owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in a very unintrusive way. Also highly recommend her scrambled egg. "Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "
