The heater/ac banged all night, obviously needing service. Traffic noise was so loud and constant it was difficult to stay asleep. And there was no opaque curtain for the room's window, so parking lot lights kept the room in semi darkness at best. The breakfast was good, but below other Hampton Inns we stay at.

Rather disappointed. First the fridge hadn't been emptied from the previous guest, then the air wouldnt lower from what seemed like a preset. Then lastly although not in our room but in the hall of the 5th floor was bedbugs which was reported to the front desk

Would never stay here again. Our room wreaked like marijuana when we checked in. The thermostat in our room didnt work so it was freezing. We did not have a tv remote for the bedroom tv. The shower floor was grimy with dirt and the freeway noise was very loud. The front desk did offer to call maintenance about the thermostat, but they were off site it would have been after 8pm by the time they arrived. They offered us a different room, but it was not comparable to the one we had booked. We were told management would be contacted about a discount, but we had not heard anything back by the time we checked out.

It was a good location and the staff was very helpful and responsive. The shower needed some cleaning and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk, it was addressed almost immediately.
