We the location great for access to the Brisbane River and its attractions especially the river ferry. There were plenty of dining options available within a few minutes easy walk. The building is not a motel rather a residential complex with the 28th floor providing short stay accommodation.

very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit.

The apartment was great (2 bedroom 2 bathrooms) and comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children (one child slept on a rollaway bed in the living room). My only complaint was the pool- not very clean, cigarette butt floating in it and a chunk of someone’s hair on the tiles when we had a look.

Location is great, staff very friendly! However, room needs some updating (Stains, Shower). Wouldn´t be much to complain, but given the price you´d expect a bit more. There was also construction going on just across the street. All in all, good but not exceptional for the price.
