Everyone at the property was very nice. They made it a point to stop and visit with us daily. Wayne at the coffee bar was especially great. There are many different dining options in the immediate vicinity as well as many others within a short walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

We came for 2 games at Suncorp Stadium. It was perfect for that. We had a car and the parking was very convenient. We very much enjoyed our time in Brisbane. We are planning a repeat next year and will book the Beetson again.

Stayed here for a night to see the rugby at Suncorp. Great location for this, right in Caxton St. Atrium room was very comfortable, totally quiet (a bonus given the amount of noise in the street outside!). We arrived early to secure a parking spot, as you cannot pre-book their limited spaces; and pay on arrival. But that worked and so everything was super convenient and easy. Would definitely stay here again for Suncorp events.

Advertised parking - non available. Advertised room service - "sorry we're too busy". No telephone in the room. No service. I used to stay when Gambaros owned and it was fantastic - this new setup and lack of support is just awful. And for the price!!!!
