"Clean hotel, very kind receptionist, my wife needed a room that was wheel chair accessible, they were kind enough to offer a second room for the same price so we had more room for her, good breakfast, lots of restaurants, shops around"

"The top floor paradiso suite had access to 2 private rooftop decks with beautiful views . We had already been upgraded but chose to upgrade even more to optimize air , views and sunlight. The 2 breakfast rooms are architectural gems . The staff was patient , polite and charming to visit with. The location is perfect for walking "

"The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street. The necessary AC worked really well, thankfully. As for location, the hotel is on a main bus line about 300 meters from the palm tree lined main street, Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi I, with 2 little cafes at the end of the Corso that meets the beautiful waterfront. The better cafe is Cafe Au Sonia, a Quarta Caffe member. Well run, and obviously where all the locals go, as it was always busy. The other cafe next door, had few or no folks there whenever I went by. Also, there are several other eateries up the Corso offering a variety of local fare. Also, there is a Eurospin super market a 10 minute walk from the hotel, using side streets. So, would I go back to this hotel? Absolutely!!! Very reasonably priced, not fancy but charming with the lobby having a nautical theme, well located near the gorgeous waterfront and train station, and with a staff that is extremely helpful, aiming to please. The front desk manned 24/7. Consider this hidden gem in Brindisi."

"It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk."
