Decent and fit basic needs.

Booked a 3-bedroom apt. Decent n fit our requirements. Checked-in on the 26th Dec, unfortunately forgotten the counter staff name, like her attitude and helpfulness 😊 Watch out for ants.

the property close to tourist place which very convenient to stay here. I was book hotel for 1 queen bed but information in expedia said with balcony, but it actually room with sightview. Request for hair dryer 2time because the weather very cold and take time todry but till me checkout still dont get the hairdryer.. next time i bring from home if i book here again alot to say but overall the property a bit old fashion but close to tourist place which the most important

The furniture was old and not in good condition such as the sofa chairs, no coffee making / cooking facility, water dripping non stop at one of the bathroom..one shower was not working and many lights are not working.

Complaint about the hotel

Have you ever seen a customer booked two hotels at the same day and the another was done at the late evening? The room is not clean and I felt that I have paid too much for this room. The floor is dirty and the toilet is very terrible. You could even see there are yellow stains on the ceiling and on the wall. When I opened the cabinets, a foul odour emitted. The room has totally ruined my holiday.

整所公寓肮脏，房价贵又活受罪，位置佳也不管用。

糟透了。。。整所公寓肮脏，床和被子肮脏。而且，半夜楼下会有摩多党飙车，吵得睡不着。 房价贵又活受罪。

Nice location to stay in Brinchang.

The apartment room quite big. One of room no lighting during my stay.But the manage to fix immediately. Hotel cleanliness not so good.Need more improvement. Location is great near to Brinchang night market. Walking distance

A decent stay with 2 families at a penthouse

We stayed in the penthouse, probably privately owned previously cos it has better furnishings and decent maintenance. Hotel is at walking distance to the night and morning markets, the main reason for us choosing the hotel.
