"First things first, great value for money. Location couldn't be better, and big space with comfy large bed, TV with smart features etc for far cheaper than any other Brighton hotel that offers a lot less. A few major downsides unfortunately - the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door, so any unsavoury smells would be right in the bedroom with you. The bedroom blinds were broken which meant they could not be pulled closed, so anybody walking past would've been able to look right in and see you in...

"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). Easy to walk to the beach - just 15 minutes. It is self check in with key pick up approx. 5 minutes away, very convenient. "Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
