"Great smaller hotel that is a balance of modern and traditional. Trolley stop right in front and tons of restaurants. Feels more local and less touristy than buzzy waterfront. Though super easy to get to waterfront for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

I think the only draw back was we were in 203W and our breakfast order was not picked up and we had to take it to the front desk in the morning. Also, we've always had our breakfast dishes picked up and that was not done either. Other than that A+"
