"Parking for visitors outside the hotel is difficult. Noisy and dirty on street outside the hotel, no complaint about the hotel itself. Too crowded outside, Diwali may have put some extra stress but probably not much different even at other times. Convenient location for shopping/ restaurants. "

"The staff was very helpful and and accommodating. We requested to have a room next door to my father in law and the hotel were able to accommodate us which was disappointing. Also the hotel looked like it was recently renovated however there was not too much space in the bathroom to leave our toiletries."

"Getting the negatives out of the way first: 1. Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site. However, i was kept im the lobby for an hour while they prepared it as it had not been cleaned earlier (consider this was at 10.30pm it rung...
