"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Underground parking is available, but it not included in the rate and is quite expensive. The aparthotel is located in a socialist-style...

"Well equipped and spotless. Excellent instructions for A/C, coffee maker etc. A little noisy due to local building work and landing flight-path for Sofia Airport, but the double glazed doors/windows easily reduced the noise to tolerable levels and certainly didn't interfere with sleep."

"Réservé mon séjour à 17h arrivée à 21h devant sa porte, la locataire me dis qu'elle a annulé la location.... Pourquoi je ne sais pas .. Visiblement pas assez chère à son goût Personne ne m'a prévenue... Soit disant que l'on m'a téléphoné pour annuler Résultats obligée de chercher un autre logement avec des enfants en bas âge 👍"

"This was a lovely apartment . Clean and comfortable .Transport to centre just a short walk to Trolley bus service and an extra 5 mi-10 mins to metro station . Nikolay was great host, offers transport to and from Airport which cost around £15.00..Which I thought was very good especially if you don't arrive till late as some transport can take upto 1hr . Note that the apartment shown my not be the actual apartment you get "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was a decent size and having a separate space to sit in with a couch and another TV was great. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The staff were really helpful with any questions you had."
