"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. "Very clean apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Area parking was challenging. Lots to do locally with a great location. The shower temperature could not be adjusted and was extremely hot. The patio was excellent and the hot tub was really nice. Everything was as described, it was well equipped and the host was responsive."

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. Before we arrived we made contact with the owner who did his upmost to makes sure we knew where the place was which made it easy to find. On arrived we where contacted again so the owner could talk us around the apartment and answer any question we had. "Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy. We have stayed here several times and give it a thumbs up, its not 5 star but it isstill a lovely hotel and very good value for money."

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. "Jenna! She was great! Expedia sold us a room that was unsuitable, said sleeps 3 and it definitely didn’t sleep 3, Jenna couldn’t have been more helpful and offered us a superior family room for really cheap! The room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We loved our stay at the imperial and will definitely be back! "

"Stayed here for a party night at haydock park. Clean, basic room. Enjoyed the pool the next morning and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. Free parking was a bonus too. I’d definitely stay here again. "

A fantastic experience.

"Very good. The staff were all very busy, but bent over backwards to help. Loads of facilities on site. The Pub and Grill serves fantastic food and service was quick. It is very busy, so the pool, breakfast, and restaurant feels crowded, but it’s still fantastic for the price you pay for a night. We’ll be back."
