"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Lovely helpful staff on the phone. Easy to find with free parking right in front. Easy to get in and out. Quiet and clean with all the extras you dont always expect. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and Warm- once we figured out how to turn on the heating! Comfortable cozy bed. Great shower. Just didnt know what soap was for what! Place was right across the street from the Tram and the beach. "

"Would not recommend door lock to apartment sticks when you enter looks like it’s been kicked in a few times yale lock not attached to inside door properly floors not been swept or mopped dirty everywhere black heater in one part of property hanging off the wall stains on the curtains long brown hairs in the cutlery draw bathroom well what can I say hairs all on the floor and bath mirrors above sink had some kind of splash on them and worst of all bogies wiped on the wall opposite toilet and...

"Communication for access codes, parking and location were second too none. Spotless, and milk in the fridge was a njcr touch. Beds comfortable, location excellent. We will definitely return next year."

"Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. Sure if i asked would have got wifi code. Would use her again and recommend her to friends"

"Very clean apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Area parking was challenging. Lots to do locally with a great location. The shower temperature could not be adjusted and was extremely hot. The patio was excellent and the hot tub was really nice. Everything was as described, it was well equipped and the host was responsive."

"Lovely little place clean comfortable provide you with clean towels ect they really have thought of everything you only need your clothes and toiletrie. could do with a couple of bits updating but nothing major that affects your stay. Super friendly staff made us feel very welcome very close to pleasure beach and very good value for money we would definitely stay there again with the kids "

"We stayed here fir 2 nights. The apartment was never spacious and clean. Before we arrived we made contact with the owner who did his upmost to makes sure we knew where the place was which made it easy to find. On arrived we where contacted again so the owner could talk us around the apartment and answer any question we had. The apartment was in the right place to use as only 20min walk to anfield plenty of takeaway and local pubs if you want to eat . The bus across the road took you into...

"Stunning renovations. Very stylish and comfortable rooms. I collect antique typewriters, and there was a beautiful poster of a bright red antique typewriter in the bathroom. A vintage telephone was on a night table beside the king sized bed. The room was very comfortable and quiet."

"The room was spotless and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, the best thing was the peace you weren’t disturbed from any other guests. The bar/restaurant was nice and relaxed and the food was excellent, we would definitely stay there again. "

"Fantastic stay and was made to feel very welcome! The hotel looked stunning with all of the Christmas decorations and the staff were super lovely, kind and helpful. The ambiance at the hotel is very relaxing and would thoroughly recommend this as a hotel to stay in if you are visiting Liverpool. My only slight critique would be that the grout on the lower tiles in the shower were a bit dirty and discoloured which for a hotel of this standard I would have expected the shower to be completely clean but it wouldn’t prevent me staying at the hotel again as everything else was great. "

"Amazing stay rang me in the way down and asked if we would like an upgrade, which we took and we got an amazing suit with hot tubs in the room. Would recommend staying here, staff are friendly and happy to help. Room up grade was a really nice added bonus to make the stay even better "
