"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. "Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "
