Incredibilmente pessima esperienza
Ho prenotato il B&B su internet con lauto anticipo (10 giorni) e ne ho ricevuto la conferma. Presentatomi all'indirizzo, nessuno mi attendeva. Ho chiamato più volte il gestore al numero riportato su hortesl.com, il quale interrompeva la comunicazione. All'ennesima chiamata, mi ha risposto dicendomi che era in ferie e di arrangiarmi a trovare un'altra sistemazione assicurandomi che mi avrebbe rimborsato la spesa anticipata con la carta di credito: cosa che ad oggi, dopo 4 giorni, non è ancora avvenuto. Comportamento a dir poco scorretto, vista la prenotazione, avrebbe dovuto contattarmi se in ferie!!
