"We booked this hotel last minute and it was fantastic. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was massive and spotless with great facilities including a roof terrace. There was very effective air con and a great shower. Wifi was good too. Dinner was nice and a reasonable price. The breakfast was lovely and varied. It was perfect for us. We would have stayed longer if we had the time. "

"We had room number 5, which was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. It had a separate dining area and 2 couches. The bathroom was large and each room offered a nice view. Our hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that at 6 am the nearby church bells went off for what seemed like a few minutes without letup and that woke us all up. "

"Only used it as a base for a very short football trip but it was spot on. Near the station, good price, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. best of all when we got back after the decent nearby restaurants were closed reception was able to sell us a bottle of wine and big bag of chili crisps!"

"This used to be my goto place in Aalen, but in the last year or so, its gone way downhill. The people have become much less friendly, and are actually rude; and the place is getting run down - you can see it in the paint on the walls, stains on the carpet, etc. Breakfast is nothing special at all. "This property was lovely. We booked it as a last minute ‘we need a room tonight’, and it accommodated us well. They are clearly going thru renovations- we were looking for a yellow building and it is now dark green. Our room was large but a bit outdated. The air conditioning was wonderful! It is advertised as with a pool, but what they had was not what we would consider a pool (it was more the size of a hot tub or so). "The room was spacious for a family of four. The bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. The separate toilet room was the best. The breakfast was amazing, local and fresh. They went above and beyond any other hotel we stayed at in Germany. Wish we could've stayed here for longer. Thank you Vienna House!"
