"It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊"
