The view from our room 419 was superb, sun, ocean and pool view. On avery clear day, you can see Tenerife and La Gomera. The convenience of access to transportation, Santa Cruz and many excursions. All so close. We strongly recommend a car to access this beautiful but very mountainous island. There is no driving in a straight flat line! We found the food varied...

"Really bad and obvious/strong smell of mould/fungus in our room. We stayed in room no 1. Fortunatelly we arrived very late in the evening, stayed only one short night and left for the airport early in the morning before breakfast. We could never have stayed in that room. Also the room was not cleaned properly. The location is ok and it has a good view over the sea - but who can stand that extremely obvious and bad smell in a room....?
