"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. "This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. "The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

"Great place to rest and relax. The view is great and the staff is outstanding. My wife and children had to leave really early to catch a train and they setup a table for them to have breakfast, even when it was outside their usual time. Is a great hotel to experience St. Moritz without having to pay that premium hotel experience but still enjoy the best of Swiss hospitality."

"Is was mostly really good. However we reserved a table for drinks and was told it was given to another group and make sure you stay away from the Beerbar. The service is not good, it’s overpriced, inflexible menu and pushy staff trying to push 10x wine."

"Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "
