"Outstanding service and accommodations! 1.Tremendous Resturant and Cocktail Bar! 2. Breakfast was delicious 3. Extremely convenient for skiing, as the front desk can print off a ski pass for you, the Bus stop for the Ski-Bus is literally right outside the front door of the hotel. Hotel also has a Ski Storage room with plenty of mondern Boot Dryers. 4. Sauna was very clean and relaxing! 5. Convenient Parking behind the hotel."

"Three nights of pure indulgence - the food was exquisite with an a la carte 5 course evening meal. The spa is lovely - everything looks brand new. Spa treatments were also available and can recommend the full body massage from Susanna. We were looked after by a very attentive and friendly Anita every evening. This is a boutique hotel not to be missed in a very central location, by the river and a few minutes walk from the main Penkbahn gondola in Mayrhofen."

"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train. "From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks. "A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "
