"Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful—when we had trouble charging our EV in the car park, he came downstairs with us and manually fixed the issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get two nights of good sleep."

"It was a good all round experience. Staff were friendly. The rooms comfortable and well looked after. The hot breakfast could be improved and the food quality and options in the cafe also need to be reviewed. However, a good hotel and I would stay here again. "

"What an absolute delightful experience at Steigenberger. Location is central, and tram line is right at the doorstep. The hotel gives you a luxurious feel, the interiors are stunning and the place is spacious. The breakfast hall is huge and the food was excellent. The staff were absolutely friendly and supportive, 5 stars to the staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience 🤗"

Excellent. But.....

"I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs."

"We had a fantastic stay in the heart of Brussels. The owners are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, with a huge bathroom, and the common dining area was perfect for catching up with friends. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and while street parking is available, be aware that it’s paid during the night. Thank you very much, Johan and Ria!"
