"The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt."

"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"I would not recommend this property. The location described in the advertisement is NOT accurate. It is not a close walking distance from the Square and Black church. It was quite difficult to find a parking place. We registered 4 guests only to find no sheets available for the pullout couch. There was no response from management when we messaged and asked for some to be dropped off or where to find them. There was not enough hot water for even one person to have a hot shower. "

"The place was fantastic. It is easy to get around and it has everything I need. It has a laundry machine which is nice if you are travelling light. The place was a bit cold because we did not know that there was a wireless temperature control. We found out on the third night when we call the person in charge."

"So, we booked Annapolis very last minute and it was only ok. We booked it as it clamied to have parking and offered a breakfast (we paid extra for this). We arrived and no parking and breakfast was a 4 minute walk down the road. We had to circle the town for 2 hours to find parking which was dissapointing.
