Bad service, not cleaned a outdated
The first room given was not even ready from the last guest. Not enough the room after was dirty and only had sheets and trowel put together. Everything in the hotel is outdated.

Nome do hotel não é o que aparece no Hotéis.com.Várias pessoas perdidas. Lá chama DF hotel. Péssimo. Tem uma boate no prédio e vc fica ouvindo barulhos e conversas a noite toda. Além do barulho da avenida em frente. Ar condicionado impossível de usar devido ao alto barulho e sujeira. Tv parecia de brinquedo de tão pequena. Banheiro super sujo e nojento. Box minúsculo e ralo entupido. Café da manhã ruim, eles não repõem nem limpam as mesas. Tinha mamão com mofo da casca sendo servido. Pior experiência em viagem!

O atendimento foi bom mas está nítido que tem algo MUITO errado. Cabelo no box, fronhas manchadas, ar condicionando fazendo vibrar esquadrias externas, plafons sem parafusos, secador de cabelo fora do lugar, papel higiênico de baixíssima qualidade, manchas no vaso, manchas no assento do vaso, manchas no chão do box, bannheio encardido Demorei a descobrir onde estava o telefone e ele estava NO CHÃO ENTRE DUAS CAMAS, frigobar desabastecido e cortinas sujas. O nome do hotel que aparece no site é diferente do nome que consta do local e vários Pax ficaram com a mesma dúvida que eu.

A estrutura do hotel não é ruim, mas a limpeza é péssima! O banheiro do meu quarto estava muito sujo. Todo vaso sanitário estava urinado e o cheiro era péssimo. O local, claramente, não foi limpo para minha acomodação. Não entendo pq um hotel com uma estrutura boa, tem esse tipo de problema. Tudo parecia estar muito sujo.

Razoável. O quarto tinha duas camas de solteiro com colchões aparentemente velhos e desconfortáveis. Espirrei a noite toda, acredito pelas condições da cama e lençois. Estavam limpos, mas realmente tive uma crise alérgica.

Tive que trocar de quarto por três vezes: cama quebrada, ar condicionado e tv sem funcionar. Limpeza do banheiro péssima. Foi apenas uma noite, mas não gostei. Nao me entregaram a nota fiscal na saída e ainda nao recebi por e-mail, porem preciso para prestar contas.

Vi muita gente falando mal sobre esse hotel, mas pelo preço, achei a minha estadia muito justa! Não tive problemas com o quarto, o chuveiro esquenta, secador e ar funcionam, café da manhã simples mas tudo ok, localização ótima, perto do estádio e do shopping, o hotel realmente é bem antigo e precisa de reformas, mas pelo preço e por ter sido de última hora, valeu muito a pena.
