This property is well located. There are two malls within walking distance. What I did not like was the fact that there wasn't a hair dryer, there wasn't a toaster and a stove top in the kitchen. Lucas, from the housekeeping, and Eduardo, the guy who helps with luggage, were always helpful when I needed them.

Poorly cleaned bathroom, dirty room, very dirty curtains, even dirtier furniture, dirty balcony, TV doesn't work the buttons, it was a terrible stay. I don't know how you guys offer a room in such horrible condition.

Deixou a desejar. No quarto não tem sabonete nem shampoo. Se pedir é fornecido um sabonete barato, shampoo não tem. A recepção é do edifício, não assumem responsabilidade sobre as reservas, quiseram me cobrar uma diária a mais. Não tem ninguém lá pra emitir a nota fiscal, se precisar da NF tem que correr atrás, até agora não forneceram a NF, o que é uma obrigação legal… como disse, deixa a desejar ….
