The property was clean and fine. Pool and hot tub were nice and staff was helpful. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room, there was no noise barrier. Also, our neighbors were smoking and the air was pushed through to our room, so we could smell it in our unit.

Very convenient to head out and and have say with the family not far at all fun all the fun. And plenty to do at the hotel as well like ping pong and swimming was very enjoyable.

This is year four of us staying at this establishment. We've loved it and recommended it to many. However, this year, we were quite dissatisfied with our stay. A water line broke under the sidewalk of our building. We were without water for more than 12 hours and they were using a jackhammer, concrete saw, and tractor outside our room until 2am. When talking with front desk staff, they were very apathetic and unaccomodating. I can no longer recommend this location.

Hotel changed one of our reservations to a different location without notice. Family was separated on the property. Room was outdated and nothing like we had paid for. AC did not work. Beds much smaller than shown. Other reservations were fine.
