"Everything first class. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated our luggage being taken to and from our room. Standard room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again."
