"We had a lot of issues with this property. This is definitely NOT a 4-Star hotel. To begin with, the property is old and dirty, and when we checked into the room there was a putrid smell from the sewers in the bathroom. We were advised to just open our windows and they tried cleaning it but it never went away. We left a day early because of that and they wouldnt refund us. Secondly, the description online says they have laundry, which they do not. And i was counting on this stay to be able to...

"Beautifully kept property that is immaculately clean. Warm and friendly family owners who are available to guests when needed. "Very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel front desk staff are a friendly, helpful family. The hotel is well-situated across from a river with walkways. Mountain views are stellar. The hotel is well cared for. Room was large with a king bed and a single daybed/sofa with bolsters. We had a large balcony. Bed was quite firm and sheets appeared to be starched and ironed. "Right from checking in when Debra welcomed is till the last day it felt very comfortable....a very easy environment. Debra and Guido run an amazing show with attention to detail and always with a solution. Even a request for some special food for our furry four legged was so promptly dealt with! Warmth every where.
