"Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. "This apartment would be great for a week or more. Spacious, lovely pools and close to the beach. The beds are typical Turkish hard beds and the kitchen lacks simple amenities such as a breadboard, dishwashing liquid and tea towels. There are a lot of lightbulbs that need replacing too. "Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas.
