"We booked a family room/suite for 4 but when we arrived there was no such room in the hotel available so we had ro sleep in an appartment in a bigger old family house . It was not so bad as we had quite big space for ourselve and a beautiful sea view but the first moment when we arrived and couldn’t get the booked room in the hotel after 4 hours trip with kids was quite frustrating….the lady who gave us the keys and showed the house probably was the owner of the house and she was quite nice"

"This was a very disappointing experience. We did not end up staying at Emin Butik Otel. We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. "The staff was amazing!! We were fasting on Ramadan, and they prepared a breakfast at 4 am specially for us. Rooms were very cozy, clean, and with a great sea view. Parking is available just across the hotel. Hotel offers pool, sauna etc, but we stayed overnight only, hopefully will have a chance next time. Highly recommend this property!"
