"This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! "The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. "Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"There were no free parking spaces when we arrived. I booked this property mainly because it included parking. Apartment on topp floor with no elevator is not convenient for travellers with heavy cases. Early morning noise from trains kept waking us up."

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"The ladder which which let the user to climb up to the upper level of the2 level bunk bed was broken. The owner didn’t even try to fix the screw. We booked 2 room. And we had to sleep on the floor in these roomS. Please don’t list this property if those ladders are not fixed or YOU JUST WANT TO CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS,"

"I needed to pick up the key from a location that was 15min walk from the apartment - not very pleasant with a heavy luggage. The woman at the reception was not that friendly and did not convey a professional image. The sofa in the apartment was dirty with big stains on it. Other than that, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable enough. I am not going to book 2nd homes again. "

"I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street. Couple of holes in the walls and in the couch make it feel slightly in need of some attention."

Great location and concept in the City Centre

"Noli is a great serviced apartment complex with additional amenities such as a TV lounge, gym and communal kitchen. The studios are comfortable with washing machine and decent kitchen materials. The only thing that lets the property down is you only get one pillow, which is not supportive and the bed isn’t great. If they invested in these, this would be an absolutely perfect place to stay for both long and short term. Loved the TV lounge and meeting some of the residents who lived there. Perfect location, excellent WiFi and a nice view from the 6th floor. The roof terrace on the 7th gives a great view over the city. Would stay here again!"
