The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was adequate. The reason I gave this a four star is because they actually gave our room away because they were overbooked so when we arrived at 1 AM I had to go to another hotel. They did end up reimbursing me, But it was quite a hassle. I Have never had this experience in my 47 years of extensive travel! So, just be aware that this may happen.

May I suggest more personnel to help in the breakfast area during the weekends? That area gets very busy with guests and personnel on duty couldn’t keep up with restocking food and coffee! During the week days was great! Thanks
