"A little gem near Auxerre. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Gerome made us feel like house guests. We had the use of the kitchen to make drinks etc. Gerome cooked for us a meal on both nights with accompanying wines. Excellent."

" We stayed at this hotel for one night in August and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The couple managing the property were attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within a short and pleasant walk to the city center. "It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. "
