The location was close to Denmark town, beaches and walks but also allowed for a peaceful getaway. "The only cons re. the property was the small grill/oven was dirty and even though we were about 100m from the road and shielded by some bushland, there was a curtain missing from the living area of the chalet which could be a concern for privacy at night. Apart from that, which can easily be remedied, the location and size was quite adequate and ideal for a short getaway from the hussle and bustle of city life."

"Chimes Spa Retreat is an oasis near Denmark, WA. We regret not being able to stay more than one night to make better use of the facilities. The hotel and rooms are really comfortable and very stylishly decorated. The room facilities are good and ours had a very large tub bath as well as a shower. The continental breakfast was enjoyable."
