"First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). "We were initially given a dirty room. This was corrected promptly. The dining table in the room was really worn out with scuffs everywhere. The walls were stained. WiFi was decent as was the air con. Unfortunately, the lock on our door didn’t work and we spent the days there with a door that would never lock. We had someone walk into our room early in the morning. "

"I didn’t feel safe since there wasn’t a lot on the door that could be locked slowly from the inside and anyone with a key that works there could’ve just come in easily while I was sleeping or whatever the case may have been my only recommendation that I suggest that they get a lock on the inside of the door so you feel safer the other thing I would suggest is allowing people to safely secure their luggage and to check in earlier "
